Accessibilitystatement
Please note: This English translation is provided for convenience and understanding only. The legally binding version of this document is exclusively the German original: Barrierefreiheitserklärung (German original).
Reder Transportlogistik++ endeavours to make its website usable in accordance with the applicable accessibility regulations. Our goal is to provide all users – regardless of their abilities and technical circumstances – with the most equal possible access to information and services.
Scope
This statement applies to the web content provided under the domain reder.co (including subpages).
Conformity Status
The web content is largely compatible with the success criteria of WCAG 2.1 at conformance level AA. Certain content/modules cannot yet be provided in a fully accessible form (see the section "Non-accessible Content").
Non-accessible Content
- PDFs/Downloads: Older PDF documents are not consistently tagged for accessibility (structure / reading order / alternative texts). For new documents, we are working on consistently accessible alternatives.
- Individual graphics/icons: Some decorative elements still lack meaningful alternative texts; these are being added progressively or correctly marked as decorative.
- Contrast/focus states: In individual cases, contrast values or visible keyboard focus states are not yet uniformly implemented across all components.
Planned Improvements & Alternatives
- Rollout of accessible PDF templates (PDF/UA) and HTML alternatives.
- Consistent alternative texts (alt) for relevant images and icons.
- Revision of contrasts and visible focus indicators across all interactions.
Compatibility & Supported Technologies
The website is responsive and has been tested with current browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). The content can be operated via keyboard; semantic HTML structures support screen readers. For the best possible use, we recommend current browser versions and common assistive technologies.
Date of Creation and Update
This statement was created in March 2026 (self-evaluation in accordance with WCAG 2.1 AA) and is updated on an ongoing basis.
