With the redesign of our accounting office, we have not only changed rooms, but sustainably improved working conditions. It was not only about a new look, but above all about function, efficiency and quality in everyday work. The new workstations enable focused work, better coordination and contemporary processes. Clear structures and modern digital tools support the team in everyday work and create transparency in the processes. Paths have been shortened, processes made clearer and workflows sensibly reorganized. This creates not only more efficiency, but also higher quality in daily work. The new structure facilitates communication, coordination and cooperation – calm, clear and purposeful.
Room for collaboration
In addition to functional workstations, areas were deliberately created that promote communication and exchange. Good results rarely arise in isolation, but in collaboration. Informal conversations, quick coordination and working together are deliberately supported by the new room design. This creates a working environment that promotes openness and facilitates cooperation – as the basis for reliable and high-quality work.
