A magical day on the Hirschalm
Sometimes it takes a day away from everyday life to gather new energy, broaden one’s view and consciously pause. That is exactly what our shared outing to the Hirschalm was. A day that created distance, opened perspectives and made community tangible – far from the familiar and yet very close to what connects us. It was an opportunity to consciously break out of the rhythm of everyday work and create room for encounters.
Out of the everyday
Amid nature, there was an opportunity to gain distance, take a deep breath and discover new perspectives. The vastness of the landscape, the calm of the surroundings and the shared time away from appointments and obligations created a special atmosphere. The day was marked by movement, conversations and many small moments that connect. Without time pressure, room emerged for exchange, for personal encounters and for conversations that often get too little attention in everyday life. In this way, a shared outing became a consciously experienced moment of togetherness.
Experiencing community
Whether during shared activities, over a meal or in spontaneous conversations – the Hirschalm once again showed how important community is to us. Here it was not about tasks or processes, but about togetherness. Encounters arose quite naturally, conversations became more personal and the feeling of being part of a shared whole grew noticeably stronger. Different people, different paths – and yet a shared understanding of one another. This form of togetherness creates trust, strengthens relationships and makes community tangible in the best sense.
Memories that last
Many moments of this day remain in memory: shared laughter, good conversations, new acquaintances and a strong sense of belonging. It is precisely these moments that connect and have a lasting effect – quiet, but enduring. They remind us that community is not something to be taken for granted, but arises from shared experiences, openness and mutual respect. What remains is more than a fond memory. It is the feeling of being part of something shared – carried by people who meet one another, exchange ideas and move forward together.
