Markus

Markus began his path at REDER Transportlogistik++ behind the wheel – in a particularly sensitive area of transport logistics: milk collection. His tours often began early in the morning, when many were still asleep. Precision was required then – in planning, in driving and in every single step of the work.
As the driver of a milk collection truck, he carried responsibility for quality, hygiene and reliability. Every pickup followed clear procedures, every move had to be right. What he transported was a sensitive natural product that demands the utmost care – and this very sense of accuracy shapes him to this day.
Closeness to people was also part of it for him: Markus knew many of the farms personally, was familiar with their routines and worked with them as a partner. Trust, reliability and respect shaped these daily encounters – values that also distinguish REDER Transportlogistik++.
Today, Markus is part of the workshop team in St. Florian am Inn. What he learned as a driver on the road benefits him here every day: he knows the vehicles from the cab, understands the demands of everyday life on the road and knows what matters so that every tour runs smoothly. Experience at the wheel became technical skill in the workshop.
Within the team, Markus is regarded as a calm, reliable colleague who thinks along and takes on responsibility. Close cooperation with dispatch, drivers and colleagues ensures that the vehicles stay ready for operation and the highest quality standards are maintained.
Markus is representative of the development paths at REDER: people who carry their experience forward, learn new things and ensure every day that transport logistics works reliably. For him, REDER Transportlogistik++ means stability, trust and a strong team – whether on the road or in the workshop.
