Our Christmas party 2025 was more than a year-end celebration. It was a moment of coming together, of conscious reflection – and at the same time a look ahead. In an atmosphere shaped by appreciation and openness, it became clear what connects us beyond everyday work.
An evening for togetherness
In a festive atmosphere, colleagues from all areas came together. Conversations, shared laughter and many personal encounters made clear what defines our company: togetherness, respect and genuine community. Many took the opportunity to connect outside of everyday work, make new contacts and experience familiar faces in a different setting. Without appointments, without pressure – instead with time for encounters, conversations and shared experiences.
A special moment: the presentation of our new brand
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of our new brand identity. For the first time, what had been worked on for months with great dedication became visible. Historical images led through our history, recalled our path and made clear how strongly our company is shaped by people. This was followed by the presentation of the new visual identity – an emotional moment that moved many. The reactions showed how strongly our employees identify with the company and how consciously they support this shared path.
Proud of what we achieve together
The presentation was marked by pride, interest and curiosity. Many recognized themselves in the new brand – in its values, in its attitude and in its ambition. It became tangible that a brand does not arise through design alone, but through people, through daily action and through shared responsibility.
