A year of decisions
For us, 2025 was a year of orientation, of decisions and of consciously engaging with our future. It was not an ordinary financial year – but one in which we paused, reflected and laid the foundation for what lies ahead. Many developments did not unfold loudly, but in the background – carried by conversations, considerations and a shared view forward. It was a year in which we deliberately paused in order to understand where we want to develop as a group of companies, which values connect us and which foundations we need for the next steps.
A year between stability and change
Operationally, 2025 was characterized by continuity, reliability and a high level of commitment. Every day, our teams ensured that transport logistics functioned – reliably, flexibly and in a solution-oriented way. At the same time, intensive work was going on in the background: on structures, on processes and, above all, on the question of how we want to develop further as a group of companies. Many improvements did not emerge visibly, but step by step in everyday work – where cooperation, experience and a sense of responsibility come together. Stability and change were not opposites here, but complemented one another.
Looking inward
Over the course of the year, we consciously took time to engage with our identity. What connects us? What makes us strong? And how do we want to appear in the future? In workshops, conversations and shared formats, a clear picture emerged: we are already far more closely connected than our external image has shown so far. This realization was not theoretical, but grew out of many personal perspectives, experiences and working together in everyday life. It brought clarity about what defines us – and where we want to develop.
Growth, responsibility and togetherness
In terms of personnel and organization, too, 2025 was a year of further development. New colleagues became part of our team, existing structures were strengthened and processes purposefully developed. Once again, it became particularly visible: our company lives from the people who take on responsibility every day, think along and find solutions together. The togetherness within the teams and across areas became especially tangible this year – carried by trust, experience and the shared ambition to act reliably and in a future-oriented way.
The beginning of something bigger
Toward the end of the year it became clear: 2025 was not only a year in itself – but the prelude to something new. Decisions made this year have an effect far beyond the year. They form the basis for our future path as a shared brand, provide orientation and create a clear direction for the years to come. Step by step, a shared picture of our future emerges from this – carried by people who take on responsibility and move forward together.
